The Airbag Slipway is a method which involves airbags as the main supporting element when moving ships between water and land during the process of docking and undocking ships. This process involves maneuvering the ship into a ramp leading to the water, placing the airbags under the hull of the ship, and lifting the ship out of the water and onto land.
The Airbag Slipway is a more economical and environmentally friendly method as compared to the more traditional Dry Docks.
However, the size and type of ship must also be taken into account.

The engineering process starts with scraping barnacles from the surface of the ship's hull. Followed by checking the thickness of the plate using UT (Ultrasonic Testing). Which lastly will be inspected by The Class BKI Surveyor. After thoroughly inspecting your ship, we will inform you of repairs that need to be done.
Hot work or replating at the shipyard is the process of repairing or replacing materials that are damaged or worn parts on the ship. This process involves the use of cutting machines, welding, and heating materials. All hot work or replating work is carried out carefully and meets strict safety precautions to prevent any fire or explosions.
Quality Control is a process carried out in the production process to obtain the desired quality standards. The quality control process starts from the design stage, material selection, production stage, to measurement according to the standards applied. This is done to ensure the construction and installation of ships that are safe when operating or sailing
Ship propulsion is very important in moving the ship. When damage occurs to the propulsion parts such as shafts, propellers, and rudders, repairs or replacements need to be carried out. The repair process includes dismantling and repairing the propeller, adjusting the propeller balance, and reassembling all parts carefully to meet strict safety standards. The ship propulsion repair process is important to ensure that the ship can sail safely and effectively.
The process of repairing and maintaining the ship's main engine is very important to ensure the engine operates properly and prevents serious damage. This process includes cleaning, replacing damaged parts, checking and adjusting engine pressure and temperature, and replacing oil and filters. In addition, checks are also carried out on the fuel system, cooling system, and lubrication system. The process of maintaining and repairing the ship's main engine must be carried out regularly and meet strict safety standards to ensure the safety of all crew members and the success of the ship's sailing.
Electrical work covers shore connection, megger testing, repair and maintenance of ship generators and lights. Shore connection is important in connecting the ship to the shore power source, whilst electrical testing is done to ensure the ship's electrical system is functioning properly.
