Docking and Undocking Process

The Airbag Slipway is a method which involves airbags as the main supporting element when moving ships between water and land during the process of docking and undocking ships. This process involves maneuvering the ship into a ramp leading to the water, placing the airbags under the hull of the ship, and lifting the ship out of the water and onto land.
The Airbag Slipway is a more economical and environmentally friendly method as compared to the more traditional Dry Docks. However, the size and type of ship must also be taken into account.

Engineering Process in The Shipyard

The engineering process starts with scraping barnacles from the surface of the ship's hull. Followed by checking the thickness of the plate using UT (Ultrasonic Testing). Which lastly will be inspected by The Class BKI Surveyor. After thoroughly inspecting your ship, we will inform you of repairs that need to be done.

Electrical Work

Electrical work covers shore connection, megger testing, repair and maintenance of ship generators and lights. Shore connection is important in connecting the ship to the shore power source, whilst electrical testing is done to ensure the ship's electrical system is functioning properly.
